Just thought I'd share the progress of my first week! Am delighted to have shed 4lb and gained £20 (my incentive @ £5 a lb!!).
My week did not go according to plan in terms of having a few unexpected invitations to lunch! Also, I've not quite got to grips with the 12 week plan yet - calorie counting is daunting when your not in control of the portions. I was however mindful of my usual portion size and made an effort to reduce this by a third! I also increased my activity by just 10 minutes a day brisk walking and halved my usual weekly alcohol intake.
Small changes and baby steps have paid off for me this week!
