I fill empty 4 pint milk bottles with the weight of water I have lost. Try it and see how much better you feel when you can put the bottles back down.

Scary what it must have been doing to my joints when it was on my body. Scary also that to be the right weight I probably need to lose 6 more but not worrying about that at the moment. One stone at a time will do! Am on track to lose 8 stone within a year of starting!
