Well I must admit I'm very surprised, not because I don't deserve it but because when I've had a sneaky weigh in its never shown more than a 1 lb loss. I have been eating more salad and veg and have been eating earlier in the day instead of just evenings, also been doing some walking, feeling really motivated now. I wasn't optimistic this would work, I've always failed in the past but this time I haven't done anything drastic that I can't keep up, just walked more and eating healthier and more often. Definitely the way to go, next step to try get under 15st in the next 2/3 weeks :-) xx

Hi , well done, your post is practically the same as I would write after the first week. I am now 15st 4lbs . I've always failed in the past and I haven't done anything drastic. Maybe just getting that little more support from others that understand will make all the difference and this time we will achieve our goals.

Let's hope so, I really want to lose the weight and keep it off, that's why I don't want to do anything that I can't keep up x

Your going about things the right way, they say lifestyle changes are the way, not dieting, I've been dieting nearly all my life and that hasn't worked, so I am making gradual changes and hopefully that will help me lose the weight and more importantly keep the weight off.

Only lost 1lb last week (w3) feeling a little deflated, haven't been doing loads of exercise tho, still I suppose it's in the right direction. How are you getting on? X

Thank you for asking cornishjancey, to be honest I was kinda thinking that no one on here takes any notice of what I post so I think I haven't really tried too much and after receiving your comment it has made me realise that I do need to keep in touch with someone to keep me on track, im gonna ask if anyone wants to buddy up on here so that we can message each other to keep me motivated. If that sounds like something you could do then just send me a message. If not then thanks anyway for making me realise :-)
