How did everyone do with their first week of the challenge? I lost 3lbs so am pleased, tho hope to slow it down a bit next week so it doesn't come off too quickly. I was hungry again today but it is getting easier overall. Hope you're all pleased with your week!

Well done!!! I only lost one pound but I feel less bloated and my head is still in weight loss mode so I'm hoping for the same if not a bit more this week. As you say it is getting easier and I'm finding I don't want to nibble in the evenings, got to be a good thing. However I do miss my glass of wine with my dinner can't have everything can we? looking forward to a slimmer me for the summer. Keep going everyone, we are worth it!!
Hey, I had the same...I think maybe it's slightly more depending on how you were eating/drinking over Christmas. It's been really hard not to snack in the evenings, but I am doing well...though do think I might be over exerting myself energy wise....However it's a good start..keep it up

I've got my weigh in tomorrow and so nervous. I've exercised five times this week, and have avoided sugary snacks, in fact I haven't even craved them which is a big change for me. I can't tell if I've lost weight or not but determined to carry on even if I haven't (it usually takes me a couple of weeks to start registering weight loss).
