Last week 12st 9, this week 12st 7. Very pleased with that. Was thinking I was slowing down in progress so nice to be back on track despite a slightly more indulgent bank holiday weekend. Hope everyone else's week is going well.

Great work juliet444, this is a really good result considering you had a more indulgent bank holiday. I did to so I am hoping that the work I have put in so far pays off. Have a great week ahead and well done

Yes of course you can. Thank you for being inspired. It's been a slow journey but I am really pleased with the results. Fridays for me is a good weigh in day as I always relax abit at weekends so week days must be strict. My Friday weigh in has helped me to stick to it. Look forward to hearing how you get on.

Congratulations on your 2 pound weight loss this week - that's really great. Sounds like you're definitely back on track. Glad to hear you had a good Bank holiday weekend - 'slightly more indulgent' sounds enjoyable.
