Hi everyone,
Last week I weighed 14 stone 5.4 pounds, and this morning I weigh 14 stone 2.4 pounds, so I am pleased to report that I've lost 3 pounds this week! I am very happy!!! I still haven't been back to the gym, but I have managed to do a walk most days, and I've been careful not to overeat - and wherever possible I've eaten healthy foods.
My goal for this week is to lose between 1 to 2 pounds, because I suspect it will be harder to lose anything after losing 3 pounds in one go. To be honest, any weight-loss will make me happy, as it will be in the right direction. I also hope to have visited the gym at least once next week.
