There is an online tool at MyFitnessPal which is very good as they have a fairly concise and up to date food database, you can also connect to it via a mobile app they have.
I use MyFitnessPal. I love it and dare I say it's a bit addictive!!!
myfitnesspal is a good free app. lots of upto date info and you can add your own meals, ingredients etc by scanning barcodes.
