CALORIE COUNTER

Please can anybody tell me how to access the illusive calorie counter? So far I've managed to read how good the calorie counter is, it's free and I can save it on my mobile. However I don't seem to be able to actually access the counter. Help please

Hello and welcome to the forum badpen 😊

I seem to remember another member telling us they’d been having technical issues, sorry, I use google or an App such as MyFitnessPal.

Like others I recommend MyFitnessPal as you can scan barcodes and the app is free. It also gives you macros which guided me and also shocked me as the amount of hidden sugar in some canned food is awful

I've used Myfitnesspal from the start of my weightloss journey and I still use it in maintenance nearly 5 years later.

It has a really huge database of all generic and branded foods. Once you've used it for a week or so you can saverify all your frequent meals and recipes so it then only takes 5 minutes a day to log your food diary. You can also see a graph of your calorie intake, weight etc under "Reports " . And it is a Free app..

I'd booked marked the page so it has definitely disappeared. Wish I'd written more of my favourites down now.
