I hope everyone has had a good week! I have to confess that my week has not gone to plan! I had given myself the goal to lose 1 pound this week, but having been out for an Indian meal and subsequently a Chinese meal, and finally a Fish and Chips take-away - plus having eaten quite a lot of homemade cake - and then not having done much exercise meant that it was a recipe for weight-gain - and that is exactly what happened - this week I confess that I gained 4.4 pounds! So I am back over 14 stone again (and currently weigh 14 stone 1.4 pounds). Oh no!!!
Anyway, the good thing is that I am feeling annoyed at myself for my lack of control over the week, and I am determined to do something about it this week - so I am going to stick to sensible eating this week, and am going to do regular exercise, so that I can hopefully get rid of this excess weight. I have felt significantly more lethargic as a result of eating so much, and I don't want to feel like that anymore.
