This week, I am 14 stone 0.4 pounds, and this week I lost 0.6 pounds. I had hoped to lose more, but I am still celebrating this loss, as I've had quite a frustrating week - had a bad cold and therefore couldn't go to the gym or do much exercise.
Still trying to get rid of the cold, so hopeful that I might be feeling better soon, and hope to be back to doing more exercise very soon. In the meantime, I'm trying to eat healthily.
I hope you have all had a good week, and best of luck with your goals for next week. I am going to give myself the goal to lose 1 pound this week.

Good morning - sorry to hear you have been unwell - but well done on the weightless..
For me i am just below 12 stone - which i have been for a few weeks. I have had a busy social time - so feel quite pleased with the result of no weight gain. This week no distractions. I am off work, so running and less calories - so hopefully i will creep another pound down!

My weight this morning was 65.7kg, so down 0.2kg from last week. I'd hoped to lose a bit more as I had managed to more or less stay on plan all week and I was convinced my jeans were feeling a bit looser! Never mind, I just tell myself every little bit counts
Afternoon ladies, sorry to hear you are under the weather Lolcal, sure you will be hitting 13 something next week, I am 11' 4 and 3/4 today would like to be 11 ' 3 next week have a good week and 1/2 term one and all!

Good for you on losing some weight, it all counts. I am terrible with eating if I am ill.
For me I stayed the same this week which I was quite pleased with as had a girls weekend away so a few wines were had but a lot of walking around too so I think it just evened out. This is my last week of the 12 week plan so I am going to push it this week as still 2 lbs to get to my 12 week goal. After I have finished I will just start again with a new goal to lose more.
