Last Monday I was 14 stone 6.4 pounds, and today I am 14 stone 5.0 pounds, so I've lost 1.4 pounds this week. Pleased with that, as I have had a few 'treats' (homemade muffins and cake a couple of times).
I've been continuing to go to the gym and managed to do 5 sessions out of 7 days. Combination of running on treadmill, cross-training, cycling and rowing machines, and doing weight training a couple of times a week (although I only do about 10 minutes of weight training at a time).
My goal for this week is to continue with my gym sessions and continue to eat healthily.
