I'm back below 14 stone again - this week I lost 2.8 pounds so very pleased with that. I realise that last Monday's weight was expanded somewhat by my takeaway meal eaten the night before, but it is a relief to be back below 14 stone again. I am hoping to continue that loss and say 'Goodbye' to the 14 stone markers.
I currently weigh 13 stone 13.2 pounds. Hoping to keep up my exercise and healthy eating this week - feeling quite positive as the week starts - hope it will continue!
Good luck to everyone with your goals for this week. How have you done? Please join me for a weigh-in.
