Last Monday, I weighed 14 stone 3.8 pounds, and today I weigh 14 stone 1.8 pounds, so I've lost 2 pounds this week, and I'm really pleased with that.
I have been exercising most days, and also managed to eat healthy meals - I've been concentrating on trying to achieve balanced meals - i.e. protein of either chicken or fish; a carb (brown rice; or potatoes or sweet potatoes) and plenty of colourful vegetables (I particularly like roasted veg - things like parsnips; carrots; leeks; peppers; onions). I roast them in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, as that seems like a healthy oil.
Most days I enjoy a chocolate mousse from M&S - it is such a chocolate 'hit' and I also allow myself a chunk of LIndt chocolate (just one piece) with a coffee in the evening.
If I'm 'hungry' I might have a yoghurt for a snack, or some fruit and nuts. That keeps the hunger pangs at bay.
Hoping to lose between 1 pound to 2 pounds this week.
Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journeys!

You seem to me to be doing lots of the right things.
From a weight losers point of view, fat/oil is fat/oil - it's all the same 8 kcal or so per g, so do use any oil or fat pretty sparingly. Good to see you're including fish - good source of the EFAs.
And chocolate. Sorry, chocolate lovers, but it is heavy on the calories, so that's another thing you need to have sparingly. (I grate a little dark chocolate onto fruit - raspberries, sliced banana or whatever - and have it with zero fat yoghurt)
But, you can eat high-calorie foods when you're losing weight ut so long as you only eat a little of it and do that only occasionally.
And 1 to 2 lbs a week is just the sort of weight loss rate to be doing it at.
And variety is the way to get the full range of nutrients in
I know fat is fat but unsaturated fat does not turn into into that nasty stuff lard like hardens you arteries I think?
Off topic my DH ran a 10k one of the sponsors was Muller, so on finishing they got a tray (12) of luxury yoghurt - with 250 cals each (it was on the pack as per 100g, what's the use in that if they are 130g each, also sponsored by pork farms so yes there was a sausage roll and pork pie as well
Who says scales don't lie? I had a carvery on Sunday with wine but yet this morning recorded 12st 7.5lb yippee! I am going to a concert on Wednesday and bought a size 14 dress and it was too big so had to swap fora size 12, (okay it was stretchy) so i am one happy girl tonight and keeping focused! Good luck one and all
