Look no further , are you struggling on metformin ? , just taking Myo inositol ? Or maybe your not taking anything for your insulin resistance ?

Let me introduce you to my lil friend, Inositol is a brilliant supplement.

Inositol influences the action of insulin, a hormone essential for blood sugar control. In addition, it affects chemical messengers in your brain, such as serotonin and dopamine. Don’t worry, inositol is completely natural and is what we should be creating naturally in our bodies as a vital B vitamin.

a 40:1 ratio of myo-inositol/ D-chiro-inositol is the best formulation for improving fertility in women with PCOS.

In 2019, however, a randomized open-label study provided compelling evidence supporting a 40:1 formulation for women with PCOS

Even if you don’t want to get pregnant right now improving your fertility is key as improvement of fertility is a result of better hormone health , regular periods and a decrease of overall symptoms should follow.

When I started taking inositol I started with Myo inositol and it was great . With in just a few weeks Myo inositol decreased my acne , my cravings , my consistent hunger and brought back my period. After taking Myo inositol for near a year I heard about the 40:1 Myo and D chiro combination, I began taking that after purchasing from the uk brand Freak Athletics . Then all of a sudden my periods are now becoming regular ! I’m so over the moon and just had to share this with you . The product is available on Amazon or their website freakathletics.co.uk where you get free delivery which is brilliant and the product is a lot more affordable than the American brand Ovasitol.

Please remember the 40:1 ratio is very important in the combination inositol ,which is why I’m recommending the brand I buy along with it being great quality.

I hope this post has helped someone 💜💜 🙏🏽

Thank you so much for sharing. I've used Ovasitol for a few months. It works but I had to order from the US and it was crazy expensive. I've had a read and this brand has exactly the same ingredients and ratio. Now I can enjoy a UK based supplement!
