Period after pregnancy

Hello, before getting pregnant I only had periods while on the pill.

I have a 4 month old baby which was conceived via IVF and today I got my period! I’m really surprised and wondering if is possible that my PCO could’ve sorted itself out after the pregnancy. I still have 3 frozen embryos but obviously if there’s any chance I could have a second baby naturally would be just amazing!

Has that happened to anyone? Thank you!

Although I haven’t experienced this myself I have heard of this happening. The hormone surges during pregnancy seem to somehow knock everything into gear for a little while for some people. Generally research has shown that we have more natural success with pregnancy when we’re older as well eg mid thirties ish.
