Advice/reassurance please ladies!

I have been undergoing tests for the last 18 months as I don't produce LH, FSH or Oestrogen! I was told that I had gone through the menopause by a Consultant (I was 26 when he told me this, I'm 27 now), he later half retracted the statement as he said that I had very high Serum AMH levels (63.7mmol) but wasn't sure on the cause of my lack of hormone production. I have had ultrasounds and TV scans and they indicate 'large ovaries' suggestive of PCOS. I still don't have any definitive answers. My head is all of the place and I've not had any periods since November 2018. Has anyone else had a similar experience in regards to misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis that they would be willing to share please?
