Does anyone else suffer from restless leg syndrome?

John does particularly in bed at night...we now have a pillow and he rests his legs on the pillow. He also cannot cope with his legs resting on each other. John has WG.

I have wg.also and it keeps me awake most nights

It must be a WG thing ,I dont like legs touching and use a pillow !!!!

I did but stopped once I got off steroids.

I also use a pillow and take Ropinirole and Quinine Sulphate prescribed by my GP. Helps a great deal.

I have WG. I have suffered from this for a couple of years. I have been off steroids since September but still suffer. Nothing I do seems to help.

Nothing I do helps apart from getting my mind going by playing games or surfing the net on my phone. Once the leg stops I then try to sleep
