Bit late coming, but here finally is the letter from the Scottish Chief Medical Officer re the rollout of 3rd primary doses for the severely immunosuppressed. Many Scottish health boards are already booking in patients for these, with appointments showing up initially on the Scottish Covid vaccination booking website, with letters (that are delayed) to follow for patients. Most Scottish patients can expect to receive 3rd primary doses at vaccine centres, not the GP, though there will be some variation.

Lots of Scots who found appointments online earlier this week - thanks to us sharing tips! - have started receiving their appointment letters in the post today. I don't have mine yet, but I've confirmed with the local NHS Tayside vaccination folk that this is my 3rd primary vaccine. My appointment is next Wednesday.
