Back pain and hip "lumps" or swellings on both sides anyone?

Hi everyone, I was dx'd with Churg Strauss 15 years ago. Considered a "mild" case as even lose dose prednisone usually does the trick for me and my main symptoms are sinus related. I have had a few months of hell, catching a lot of colds and bugs. In October, my neck lymph nodes came up accompanied by a cold and have more or less stayed up since. They aren't huge but tender and ache. In december, more came up in my groin. I have also been dx'd with endometriosis a couple years ago but in recent months I feel like something is not right at all and I am being passed from GP to ENT to lung specialist ect. I have had increasing back pain, groin pain - possibly from the nodes, and now in the last 10 days developed tender hips. I noticed tender lumps more or less on both sides on the outside of my hips. I had an MRI mid December which didn't mention anything other than possible adenomyosis and a simple ovarian cyst. This seems to have progressed very quickly so wondering if anyone had experienced similar as i have no idea whether i am looking at a flare up or something completely different. Also, recently had bloods that shows high levels of B12 and slightly elevated inflammation markers. Any advice for my next rheumatology appointment this week? thanks!

So sorry you are having such an awful time. I don’t have answers for you except to say for years I thought my back pain was part of my Vasculitis but it turned out to be spinal stenosis and my hip pain is west and tear. I hope your rheumatologist can give you some answers.
