Hi is my latest blood test normal as I'm so exhausted and cold especially when I first get up. I did full bloods by medicheck in sept previous post shows and my T4 was 18. Also my cholesterol has shot up to over 6 I've just restarted a very low dose of oestrogen

Only 5mg twice a day propranolol. I take b complex every other day Vit D better you spray 3000 a day.

Suggest you try reducing propranolol to once a day

Or 2.5mg twice day

Wait 4-6 weeks

Then try stopping completely one day a week

Next week….2 days a week etc
