Can someone just go over these and say that everything is normal not on any Thyroid treatment. Still on very low dose propranolol and my Vit D was 135 in April so stopped for the summer. Thanks

Thyroid levels look reasonable. FT4 68% of range, negative antibodies.

The wording of this is confusing but it is saying that low levels mean that you dont have Graves disease.

Just 5mg twice a day. I feel I'm running on adrenalin all the time but so exhausted and can't sleep. I have other health problems which don't help. I take b complex every other day and now restarting vit d for the winter. I take propranolol to help with aniexty originally when Thyroid went high.

Are you taking any magnesium supplement

A) propranolol tends to lower magnesium

B) magnesium can help relax and with sleep
