New blood results are a little disturbing?

Medichecks results:TSH 0.053

T3 5.4 (3.1-6.8)

T4 19 (12-22)

TPO 184

TgAB 181

So I don't need to increase? Still symptomatic but it now looks like something else is the cause?

CRPHS 9.63

Iron is at 9.3 (10-30)

TSAT 11.6 down from 27% 8/8/24

Ferritin 124 (30-332)

Folate serum 45.4 <7

B12 141

Vitamin D 106

My oestradiol is surely a mistake at 2,925?

Taking igennus super B-Complex, selenium, Vitamin E, Vitamin D (spray) magnesium, should I start my three arrows again before I see GP?

I would really appreciate your advice please? πŸ™‚

Are these results from your GP?

Is it possible the sample was contaminated by transdermal oestrogen?

You are iron deficient which is going to make you feel awful, like you say your thyroid hormones are at a pretty good level so I'd suggest tackling the iron issue first, so you could discuss with GP and if he doesn't offer anything better than tablets then yes I'd get on the Three Arrows

Your raised CRP suggest inflammation which is giving you a false ferritin result

Hi thanks so much for replying, I had a blood draw at the hospital for a medichecks raft of tests so no? it's a bizarre number & a little scary tbh? I have raised neutrophils as well so definitely "something going on" the tsat going down from 27% to 11.6% in 2 months is not good? But my thyroid numbers look better as you say 🀷 Booked appointment with GP for 13th November but will start the three arrows now as its so low?

Hmmm....I'm inclined to say hold off in case they want to re-run the tests as GP likely to poo poo private results πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Might be worth raising the oestradiol result with Medichecks to see if they have been having issues? But it does only takes a tiny amount to contaminate, I've had a finger prick one over 11,000 but I wanted the progesterone level which is oral 🫀

Re contamination, I can't remember if I put the gel on my arm?? So can't rule it out? Wow, 11,000!! Need to see GP re iron, tsat & the raised CRP, happy with thyroid meds at I said & that is totally down to you guy's on the forum and all your amazing advice, so a huge, huge thank you from me πŸ™‚

Sorry, not very clear, yes definitely see the GP but hold off adding the Three Arrows

Even if you've rubbed your hand up your arm after applying elsewhere it can get about enough to skew things, thought the nurse should have swabbed your arm πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Honestly, I only rub it on my upper outer arm & wash hands immediately? nurse did swab vein etc....the appointment with GP is in a month & I feel pretty awful (thought it was thyroid!) Surely better to get some iron in me? I've only been taking 1 ingennus B so was going to take 2 (according the dosage on bottle) & 1 three arrows? But I'll be guided by you πŸ™‚

Tricky one as your levels have dropped rather quickly (I'm no expert in iron) and I wouldn't want you to mask something if they were to decide to take more bloods or some other more thorough investigation, so I can't really call that one 🫀 it's so annoying there is such a long delay

It is, my GP is ok, he does listen to me fortunately, thank you again πŸ™‚

Your folate and B12 levels are good so 1 x Igennus B is doing the trick
