I did the correct timing and the blood draw was 8.15 am. T4 dose 650 per week T3 12.5 per day. Also daily Thorne Basic and Better u Fit D and K2/
The GP did a test end of July
Serum TSH level < 0.01 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.20 Abnormal
Serum free T4 level 17.9 pmol/12.0 - 22.0 Normal
The medichecks one in January 24 was exact same with T3 5.2 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8 )
The only difference was I put T4 up by 50 per week because I wasn't feeling great, mainly sad crying and feeling I have had enough so fed up with stuff on news, I am in a financial dilemma, lost my job was bullied, trying to move to ease things but that is not working out either.
I wonder if the CRP is I have burning feet well the right side and thought it was low B12 but the result is high could that be cause I did a few sprays of better u B12.
Would appreciate some help and tic xx

I’m probably being dense—but I’m not sure which bit you’re worried about. The slightly raised CRP? Or something else?
Anything that leads to inflammation can raise CRP. Mine was mysteriously raised for a while and all I could put it down to was occasional sciatica or possibly a dental issue—it does seem to have settled now.
So sorry you’re going through a rough time at the moment x
Thanks Jazzw yes I am worried about CRP as its been high June 23 then 4.030 its funny you should say sciatica because I had leg problem then and referred to physio (they said nothing wrong and gave exercises). I saw another post where someone had much higher and @PennieAnnie said it can be stress related. However, the other query was the fact that I had only increased levothyroxine by 50 per week and TSH and T4 moved much more than I imagined. I have a telephone appointment with GP this week, I never asked for one!!! been worrying about that will they take away thyroxine? All the best. xx
Your main results look good but you’re right about the B12 - advice is to stop any B12 supplements two weeks before a blood test as the test will reflect the level caused by the supplement and not a “real” level.
I have a B12 injection every 12 weeks and can always tell when it’s nearly time for the next one as I start to get a little breathless. When you start having the injections you will have them for life and if a GP includes B12in a routine test the level is likely to be very high and actually irrelevant.
Hope the next test will be helpful and help towards you feeling better.
Thanks for your helpful reply at least I know that I don't need the extra B12 not sure what is causing this burning foot. The test has shown that my ferritin has improved so I will have to get some more iron, I bought Deep Blue Health Haem Iron gave me a bit more energy.
