Your FT4 is over-range, but that's because you don't convert very well. Your FT3 is not much over mid-range. But, your doctor probably won't like your low TSH! However, you are not over-medicated because your FT3 is in-range. If he suggests reducing the levo, say ok, but only if he replaces it with a little T3!

Your vit d is much too low.

How much Vit D are you taking? You would benefit from a taking a loading dose then droppingback a little. That should improve your thyroid readings as well.

Hi, your Vitamin D is at the bottom of the range as someone has already pointed out. If you are taking supplements already, you need a loading dose to get the level up. Are you taking Vit K2 with the Vit D as well? And also Mg? As this helps with the processing of Vit D. Good luck!

When you take Vit D and many of us do then calcium increases aswell and too much calcium in the blood is t good. It can cause kidney and gall stones and can calcify muscle so we also need to take K2 and Magnesium. The K2 takes the calcium out of the blood and puts it in the teeth and bone and the Magnesium locks it in there.

After seeing doc today, Last thyroid test result, too much Levo, as i explained to doc, that i may need sml amount of T3, but they cannot prescribe it- so i asked for endo doctor referral. Finally i may have a breakthrough, when i get the referral think jan next year, so good 6 mnths wait.. is there anything that could help in the meantime! I have gone gluten free,& am getting K2& higher dose of vit D, + magnesium..

Glad you've got a referral but awful that you must wait 6 months. How's the GF going? I'm just starting on that journey and it's not too bad -although I think some gluten's still slipping by and I probably need to take it more seriously!
