I cant read the protein shake label but the only thing you need to think about and stop is biotin. Thats usually in a B complex.

So stop the B complex 4-7 days maximum before the test. WRite a note in your calendar to remind yourself.

All the others you can take right up until the day before inclusive.

It is recommended that people stop taking iron supplements 5 - 7 days before a test which involves measuring anything iron-related.

Personally, as long as I know that I have testing coming up I always stop all my supplements for a week except the ones that I can't live without. By doing this it gives me a week off most of my supplements which I consider a good thing to do occasionally, and it means that I can compare like with like when looking at test results over time.

Yes to be honest that's wht I've done with my last get tests regarding supplements. But I haven't taken iron tables for ages so couldn't remember the protocol for those. Thanks so much I will follow this. Thanks again
