My most recent test results are concerning. I've never had elevated Tg antibodies, only slightly elevatdd Tpo.
TPO 210
Tg 971
TSH 1.85
T3 3.2
T4 17.3
What could the high tg anti mean? I'm worried about Thyroid cancer since I have never had this befire and I thought that only tpo was linked to autoimmunity.

Significant minority of Hashimoto’s patients only have high TG antibodies (thyroglobulin)
Your TSH is quite high for someone on levothyroxine
What’s the range on Ft4 and Ft3 results
How much levothyroxine are you taking
How do you feel
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
