Should I be in levo?
Yes you should be on Levo. You have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's, you are Hypothyroid.
What has your GP said about these results?
Hi nothing has been said about results I collected them from reception after I didn't hear back about them
So you must be proactive then. Make an urgent appointment with your GP to discuss results and ask why you were contacted. Ensure you leave with a prescription for at least 50mcg Levo and follow up in 6 weeks with another test, you should then have an increase of 25mcg followed by retesting/increase in dose every 6-8 weeks until you are well. The aim of a hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges if that is where you feel well.
For thyroid tests always book the earliest appointment of the morning, fast overnight (water allowed) and leave off Levo for 24 hours. This gives the highest possible TSH which is needed when looking for an increase in dose or to avoid a reduction. This is a patient to patient tip which we don't discuss with doctors or phlebotomists.
Read and learn about Hashi's because you'll get no help or understanding from your doctor. Adopting a strict gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg can help reduce antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.

Welcome to the forum, Shahar.
Yes, you have primary hypothyroidism and need Levothyroxine. Hasn't your GP given you a prescription?
I’m no expert but I would most definitely say yes. Some lovely knowledgable person will be able to help you soon. Take notice of what they tell you and you won’t go far wrong. Good luck

Make urgent appointment to see any GP at your surgery on Monday
When were tests done?
Have you seen any GP since tested
You have autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s
Ask for vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin to be tested - very often too low and may need supplementing
