So after my last posts about the gp prescribing me a antihistamine which I have recived today...( Fexofenadine Hydrochloride) I assume the gp wants me to take this antihistamine with my thyroid medication 🤔 although she never actually said this🤷♀️.Maby she's thinks the antihistamine will help me stomach the T4 teva thyroid medication
So I need to ask some members more familiar with taking antihistamine tablets and thyroid medication
Can I take them together?
Do I take the antihistamine first then the T4 thyroid medication?
One thing I've looked up the ingredients and it says... Cellulose, MANNITOL, maze starch, croscarmellose, sodium, colloidal, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.
Pink film coating : opadry pink film coating containing hypromellose (E464) titanium dioxide (E171) macroglo 400, ALLURA RED, A lake (FD&C RED#40) (E129) and iron oxide back (E172).
Good god..😳.. Firstly I have a reaction to mannitol 🤦♀️ and when I was given the vitamin D tablets from gp they were ALLURA red, then I tried the brilliant blue, then the yellow ones, with the same gastric effects, I had to discontinued them.
I'm unsure these antihistamine tablets will help me, the ingredients alone look scary.. 😳😳😳
