I received my test results today. Taken at 9am ish, fasting, and no B vits for a week and over 24 hours from last Thyroxine. Currently taking 125mcg 5 days a week and 150mcg twice a week. I take Vit D & K2 spray. Last result was 37.8 so definitely improved - now 71.7. Ferritin is a little lower than last time. I also takeThorne Basic B, Zinc, Magnesium CitraMate and Selenium. Thoughts please. I think it all looks ok but hoping for some advice on Ferritin and also Cholesterol - is it a little high? Thank you in advance!

I wouldn't worry about the cholesterol. The low TSH means you'll struggle to get a dose increase but a slight one would probably be enough to bring it down..
Thank you mistydog . Previously I was taking 125mcg and 150mcg on alternate days and my readings were:
TSH - 0.10 (0.35 - 5.5)
T4 - 21.8 (10.5-21)
T3 - 5 (3.5-6.5)
Dr. said TSH was too low so we agreed on the current 125mcg 5 days and 150mcg 2 days. I don't think Dr. would agree for me to go back to alternate days. When I rang for results I was told no action needed, everything in range. Although my serum triglyceride levels are above the high reference range. I'm wondering if I should go back to alternate days without discussing with my Dr. first...
Your FT3 is below 50% and there's room with your FT4 for it to be higher.
Raising ferritin is mainly done by focusing on iron rich foods - chicken livers a few times a week or pate. Drinking orange juice at the same time can help absorption. It is nototiously slow to raise so keep doing what you're doing and you will get there.
I'm not so experienced with cholesterol to read numbers. If you are concerned about it then the best way to reduce it is by treating your thyroid.
Thank you Jaydee1507 . What should I be aiming for the % figure to be? I feel good mostly. Brain fog and achy joints my only real symptoms I think. Oh, and irritability! But those symptoms could be menopause! I don't think I can bring myself to eat chicken livers despite being a meat eater. How do vegetarians raise their ferritin? Thanks again.
Your FT3 is still below 50%. It would likely be better just above 50%. You said in a reply to someone else that you tried a higher dose. How did you feel then?
What are supplements are you taking. Your folate is quite high.
Jaydee1507 I take Vit D K2 spray, Thorne Basic B, Magnesium CitraMate, Selenium and Zinc. I think the folate level is probably from diet. To be honest I don’t think the change in Thyroxine from alternate days to 5 and 2 has made much difference to how I feel. I think following the Fast 800 Keto has definitely improved certain areas of my health - constipation for example. I’d like to get the % range optimal so might go back to alternate days and test again in 3 months. Thank you for all your help.
