I know this fluctuates but was surprised to see it under range. My doctor checked it in 2007 and it was 56. It has not been checked since. So, do I still have Hashimotos? Does it fluctuate so much?
I have not been feeling well after dose reduction
TSH 2.5 ( 0.27-4.2)
FT4 19.5 ( 12-22)
FT3 3.92 ( 3.1-6.8)
So conversion FT3 is 22% .
The Folate level is low
2.32 ( >3.89) Do you think I need to purchase Thorne Basic B Complex or tell the Dr- not that it would get me anywhere
Thanks in advance

Yes, you still have Hashi's. It doesn't go away. And, yes, it can fluctuate that much. Presumably, you haven't had an immune system attack on your thyroid recently, and that is why it's low.
I wouldn't bother telling your doctor about your folate. They don't know much about nutrients because they don't learn about them in med school. And, if he were to prescribe anything, it would only be folic acid. Taking Thorne Basic B is a much better idea.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I will buy some Thorne.
I was just amazed that TPA could fluctuate so much.
B12 was 107 ( 37.5-150)
Vitamin D 84 so in the Adequate Range
( use Better You spray supplents for both)
Ferritin 74.3 ( 13-150)
I felt certain that the CRP would be high as I feel so bad. Sciatica, swollen at the back of my knee and constant leg pain - plus aches all over . However, it was not - perfectly in range
