I am struggling to get timings right for meds and supplements, and would really appreciate any advice.
I am currently taking -
Thyroxine at 6.45 am, and ERFA
ERFA at noon
Lenzetto (HRT) spray at 4.00 pm
Calcium (I have to take as have low calcium otherwise) and fish oil, and vitamin D/K2 at 5.30 ish
Progesterone at 10.00 pm
But I also need to be taking magnesium, iron, folate and B12. But I know some things you can't take at the same time so I am stuck as to when to take it all, and eat.
Thank you so much

I wish I could advise, but I have a similar question! What puzzles me in particular is the spacing of twice or thrice daily thyroid medication. Given that we need to leave two hours after food, and one hour before food, how can this regime be fitted in? I currently take twice daily, and feel constrained by this regime, especially since my daily normal activity routine varies.
