Following on from my post a few days ago I have now had test results back and your help would be much appreciated:
Ferritin- 202.0 ug/L (Range: 13 - 150)
Folate - 8.23 ug/L (Range: > 3.89)
Active B12 - >150 pmol/L (Range: 37.5 - 150)
Vitamin D - 119 nmol/L (Range: 50 - 200)
TSH - 6.43 mU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)
T3 - 3.42 pmol/L 16.7 pmol/L Range: (3.1 - 6.8)
T4 - (Range: 12 - 22)
SlowDragon I have increased my T4 to 100mcg per day and TSH looks as if it’s coming down from last results. Should I be concerned re high B12 and Ferritin or is this linked to the low thyroid hormones? I’m wondering if these are causing the nausea. Your help on these results would be much appreciated. Thank you

I don’t know why I stopped taking the tablets either - I felt so unwell with the bug I had I think I took them some days and not others but a huge lesson learnt there! I won’t do that again.
Taking Better You vit D spray 3000 daily with k2. I was taking b12 5000 sublingual but only restarted taking that recently. I was also taking Thorne Basic B but haven’t taken that for a while. I should probably restart that but the nausea is stopping me.
I really want to add the 6.25mcg T3 to the T4 I’m taking as T3 really helped before but I don’t want to push it. Do you think I could try it?
Thanks SlowDragon.I did think of the low stomach acid and bought some Thorne Biogest containing Betaine Hcl. Do you think it’s worth trying them to keep nausea at bay? I have upset stomach too. Can low stomach acid cause that?
SlowDragon - I have been on the increased dose of 112.5mcg for nearly a couple of weeks now. How long would you leave it before increasing it to 125mcg? (original dose was 125mcg T4 plus 12.5mcg T3 before I stupidly became complacent about taking it with stomach bug). Back on B complex, selenium, vit D and K. Thanks SlowDragon.
