Advice for vitamin blood test

Hi

My doc has agreed to test Vit d, calcium, parathyroid, B12, Ferritin & Folate...

Test is tomorrow at noon. I stopped B supplements over a week ago.

Any advice please on what I should do beforehand, e.g. is it ok to eat before etc

Thanks

PS thyroid is underactive, autoimmune , tsh usually 0.04-0.07, t4 top of range (22 +/-), t3 strugglesto get mid range, so poor converter

What time is your test?

Iron tests should be done after a 12 hour fast and no high iron food for a couple of days beforehand, so that includes ferritin.

I've never had vitamins/minerlas tested by my GP other than ferritin has occasionally been included but I've not been told beforehand, so I always book an early appointment and only have water, nothing to eat, before I go just in case they're doing something I don't know about.
