Hi, I'm looking at my results and would like a bit of help in working out what might be the right direction to follow. I am currently taking 125mg and will need to go for another GP blood text in the next couple of weeks. Currently I normally don't sleep well, waking up during the night either being freezing cold or really hot. by mid afternoon I just want to sleep and find it difficult to motivate myself into anything. This winter has been terrible as I haven't wanted to leave the house as I'm so cold, even my husband has commented on it. So would just like some help in understanding what I might do next. My food is good and currently follow a Mediterranean style diet.

Looking at previous posts were you taking T3? Yes I have had an Endo previously prescribe Natural Thyroid, but he has retired and I stopped take this.medication around April last year.
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
If yes which brand - accord for the 100mg and but the 25mg might vary currently Wockhardt UK Ltd
Was test done early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test - yes
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking - currently nit taking any supplements
Have you had coeliac blood test done - no, but can do if it would help.
Are you on strictly gluten free diet or dairy free diet - no, but I don't really eat bread, pasta and backed goods. But I do eat dairy.
You’re going to need T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine - this is what I thought, but really looking to get confirmation.
Aiming for Ft3 at least 50-60% through range
Thank you for all your questions. It's helped me take the plunge and go back to book an Endo appointment privately. I have spoken to the GP about being low on the T3, and they referred me to a NHS Endo how just wrote back say it was all ok. Other than going privately I'm not sure what else to do.
