How do you feel

Vitamin results show your lack of vitamin supplements

All on low side especially B12

What’s your diet like, are you vegetarian or vegan?

Need to improve folate, ferritin, B12 and vitamin D

When you improve low vitamin levels you might need dose increase in levothyroxine

Thank you for replying so quickly. I am vegetarian. Was taking B complex and B12, Vitamin D3, K2, boron, magnesium, selenium, and vitamin C up to last November. I will start again now I finally have my test results, although it looks like I don’t need magnesium.

As vegetarian you’re likely to always need to supplement B12 ….

quite likely to need to supplement iron

Never supplement iron unless full iron panel test shows necessary

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Cortisol is rather low

Hidden might pop along and comment

My last prescription was Mercury Pharma. Unfortunately, buying online seems to offer less control over brands and I’ve been sent Teva this time. Do you think it would be worthwhile adding a small amount of t3 to my medication? My FT3 is still only 63% through its range despite my t4 being slightly over.

Get GP to alter prescription to add note

Mercury Pharma (Advanz) brand only to all future prescriptions

Teva brand upsets many many people

Suggest you get new prescription to replace Teva

Don’t consider adding T3 until all 4 vitamin levels are optimal and always on same brand levothyroxine

You may not need it
