Do you have a diagnosis of anything and were you on a thyroid hormone replacement already and have switched to NDT - in which case do you have any bench mark T3 and T4 results and reading prior to taking NDT ?
I think you likely need a dose increase, are you self medicating ?
Your TSH looks too high and your T3 too low, and increasing your NDT should lower your TSH and increase your T3.
T4 can be low on NDT so T4 is not a good marker and it is best to track your progress on your T3 levels rising and your TSH may go very low but this does matter as long as you feel well.
I slowly increased my NDT by 1/4 grain increments weekly, and I monitored my blood pressure, pulse and temperature twice daily.
When I got to 1 + 3/4 grains I felt uncomfortable, and not as good as the week before so dropped back down to 1 + 1/2 grains and I stayed on this dose for 6-8 weeks and then took a blood test to see what was going on :
T3 and risen and was just over the top of the range at 110% and my T4 had dropped down to just 25% through the range - the opposite of my results when on T4 only medication.
I was not hyperthyroid, and still with some hypothyroid symptoms but much improved and my blood pressure and pulse remained stable throughout but my temperature had risen from 35.4 to 36.6 - where it still hovers today 4 years later and still taking 1 + 1/2 grains of NDT.
On NDT it's important to track your T3 and if it isn't moving much NDT may not be the best thyroid hormone replacement for you.
No thyroid hormone works well until ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D are up and maintained at optimal levels and I aim for ferritin at around 100 : folate at around 20 : active B12 at around 75 + and vitamin D at around 100 :
No knowing where you are in the World these levels may be different so just aim for a 50% ++ with your countries ranges.
I do not know about Lactoferrin.
I see you have been supplementing in the ferritin/iron levels but I don't know enough to explain your one LOW comment in this group of results.
