Effect of hysterectomy & HRT on thyroid

Can anyone let me know how hysterectomy (conserving ovaries) and HRT (Tibilone) would effect my thyroid function?

Just had bloods back (done am before food & dose for the day) and free t4 & free t3 now above reference range.

Tsh 0.05 (which it usually is)

Serum free T4 - 25 pmol/L (Normal range 9 - 23)

Serum free T3 level 6.9 pmol/L (Normal range 3.5 - 6.5)

I don't think I have any symptoms of now been over active. Surgery was June this year.

Previous post My TSH has been suppressed for ages but free t4 all within the range but now it has tipped over. Does this mean I'm over medicated? I'm on 175mcg Levothyroxine.

Also take folic acid, iron, b12 injections, vit d.

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

Was this latest test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Yes it was.

Still waiting for ferritin. WBC was off too:
