I've not had my levels checked since March 2018 so I thought I should have them checked.
Sample was taken @ 8.30am before any food or drink & I'd not taken any NDT for 24 hours prior. My usual dose alternates between 3 Thyroid S one day & 4 the next.
TSH <0.01 (0.27 - 4.2)
FT3 5.7 (3.1 - 6.8)
Free Thyroxine 16.7 (12 -22)
Thyroglobulin 12.9 (0 - 115)
Thyroid Peroxidase <9 (0 - 34)
Ferritin 117 (13 - 150)
B12 88 (25.1 -165)
Vit D 76 (50 - 200)
I think they look ok but just wondering what others thought.
Thank you.

Last dose of NDT should be 8-12 hours before the test, splitting dose and adjusting time the day before if necessary. As you left 24 hours then your FT3 result will be showing a false low level (and possibly FT4 as well).
My usual dose alternates between 3 Thyroid S one day & 4 the next.
You can't alternate NDT, this is because it contains T3 and because T3 has a half life of 24 hours then it's important to take the same amount each day. If you need that dose then cut a 1 grain in half and take 3 and 1/2 each day (I'm assuming you have some 1 grain tablets to be able to alternate 3 and 4 grains).
So it's not really possible to give you an accurate interpretation of your thyroid results other than to say your TSH is where one would expect to see it when on NDT and your FT3 is actually higher than your result but it's not possible to guess what that might be.
Do you take any supplements?
Ferritin 117 (13 - 150)
This is a good result.
B12 88 (25.1 -165)
Not too bad, I prefer my Active B12 to be over 100.
Vit D 76 (50 - 200)
The Vit D Society and Grassroots Health both recommend a level of 100-150nmol/L so yours is coming up a bit low.
It's been a while since I did a test & I wrongly thought I had to be 24 hours without meds - my bad.
Good to know about the alternating - I'll maybe go down to 3 tabs a day & see how I feel. It sounds crazy but I know when my meds are low because my elbows get really dry & itchy. Funny how we learn to read our bodies so well.
I think I'll start to supplement with B12 & D3 again & see how I feel. The y couldn't get a folate marker reading - they said this is due to it being a finger pick test - I've had folate done this way before so not sure why this is the case this time.
I think overall I'm happy & the results are not showing that I'm way off the mark. I'll take your advise on board & maybe test again in a few months.
