Can anyone help with the Adrenal results from my Dutch test please? I did have a consultation with a private doctor a while ago. They said I had functional adrenal fatigue and suggested some supplements, but I've been feeling terrible. As they were very expensive, I can't afford to go back, so any advice would be hugely appreciated! I can only add one photo so I will add my full results in another post below.
I also have Hashimoto's and take 125mg Levothyroxine per day.
My last readings were:
TSH: 0.01 (0.27 - 4.20)
Free T4: 16.6 (12-22)
Free T3: 4.7 (3.1 - 6.8)
Ferritin: 52.71 (13-150)
Serum Folate: 17.63 (3.89 - 26.80)
Vitamin B12: 629.7 (197 - 771)
Vitamin D: 100 (75 - 200)
Thanks so much in advance.

Worth asking if you’re hypothyroid as well and if you’re on any medications? Will help us all piece a picture together.
Just by way of my own experience I always felt I had adrenal fatigue, I was convinced of it as my thyroid results were “normal”. I also felt I had ADHD as I had all the symptoms.
Adding in Liothyronin changed my life.
I’m not perfect but I’m way better and trying to optimise.
So the point I’m trying to make is don’t just focus on one path too strongly like I did, look at the whole if that makes sense.
Thank you! Apologies, I forgot to add that information in but I've just edited my post. Have you found a huge difference with the Liothyronin? Tests have shown I am a poor T3 to T4 converter, but as my TSH level has been 0.01 for the past eight years, I was told if I take T3 I'm going to risk going overactive.
Whilst I’m not a doctor of course, one avenue to explore would be to reduce your T4 to bring your TSH down and then have some room to add in T3. My TSH was low and T4 really high, the 9th Endo I saw finally put me on T3 and it was life changing so it’s definitely worth considering.
Do you have an Endo who could help you with this and prescribe T3?
I don't currently have an endo. They told me I was fine and discharged me. That's a good idea about lowering the T4 though. I didn't realise I that would have an effect on the TSH.
I’m a bit confused. You say you are a poor converter, but your Ft3 and FT4 are almost identical to mine (and same lab ranges) and I thought I was a good converter! One of us must be wrong! You : Free T4: 16.6 (12-22).
Me: FT4 : 15.9 same range
You : Free T3: 4.7 (3.1 - 6.8).
Me : FT3: 4.6 same range
I calculated my ratio to be 3.45 which I thought was good
