Could someone help me to understand these results perhaps?
My levothyroxine has increased from 50mcg to 62mg and I feel much better. My tinitus is less intrusive and I am sleeping a little better. I seem to have a little more energy and am not as foggy.
Unfortunately, my endocrinologist didn't ask for a TPO test. I will get this asap unless you tell me that it is not necessary.
Total T3 1.19 ng/mL
Free T3 2.8 pg/ml
Total T4 11.7 ug/dL
Free T4 3.4 ng/dl
TSH 0.53 ulU/ml
I also tested positive for H Pylori and would love any insight into how I should deal with this and also what effect it might have on my medication needs.
I am so grateful for this platform.
Thank you for your time, advice and help. Its invaluable.

I have read the article by Izabella Wentz and wondered if anyone else has had to deal with this and what is the best route antibiotics or the supplements method.
Your free T4 level is strange can you double check it.
Why did you have a H Pylori check? Do you have gastrointestinal problems? It can be erradicated with antibiotics and beta blockers ('triple therapy') but you will probably notice no difference.
It may be that you are a little undermedicated - if the free T4 figure is incorrect.
Dear Jim, The results definitely say Free T4 3.4 ng/dl (0.9 - 1.79).
Do you know why the Free T3 is so high while the Free T4 is still low?
I can't make sense of it. My levo was raised as it has only ever been 50mcg and I have started to feel unwell on that. I have only added an additional 12.5mcg a day and was working up to another 12.5 mcg to see if 75mcg a day would be better but I'm worried by the High T4 and yet still mow T3. My endo is a bit useless. He thinks its all ok and I know its not.
Free T4 3.4 ng/dl (0.9 - 1.79) is inconsistent with your levothyroxine dose, your total T4, your symptoms and your TSH. I would query it. If an endocrinologist or doctor requested these tests they should have spotted it and raised a query with the lab. If this is a private test contact the company and ask them to recheck the result.
Free T4 3.4 ng/dl (0.9 - 1.79) is definitely not correct.
It was a fasting test and was 7 hours since last dose of levothyroxine. It was supposed to have been drawn at 8.30 but because of a mix up at the hospital was actually drawn at 11am.
Then that is why your FT4 is so high! It's best to leave a gap of 24 hours between the last dose of levo and the blood draw.
