So after really low ferritin and on 3 x 200mg daily ferrous sulphate these are my new results after 7/8 weeks approx including last 2 weeks gluten and lactose free.
BTW I rarely drink alcohol as I think I have developed an alcohol intolerance and the last time I drank was November 11th when I was told the lump in my breast was BENIGN.
See previous posts for vitamins etc and how my chat went with the doctor who wanted to lower my Thyroxine. (p. S I would do it!)

No this is the first timevitamins have been tested. only had iron and TSH, t4 done normally by doctor.I meant to say sorry I reread it and confused myself was that I take
Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)
Or Thorne Basic B is another option that contain folate, but is large capsule
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
Doctors doing iron and thyroid again 29th of Dec so I will of been on gluten and lactose free diet 5 weeks so hoping to see the biggest improvement from the diet then!My gut certainly feels better. I had a dairy free probiotic this morning and felt awful after it with bloatedness.. Went straight to the fridge and it said contains gluten! Or maybe I just can't have oats.. But I knew straight away. Yes I do feel better.
What did you think to Thyroid test. I read somewhere that intolerance to gluten can raise thyroglobulin levels but mine seem very extreme..wish I'd of copied the link now!
Although I don't recognise the measuring KU/L and I've never had it tested before do I've nothing to compare it to either
