You probably feel regularly exhausted with those low thyroid levels. At least your TSH reflects this (what your GP will recognise), so hopefully you can ask for treatment if you were self-medicating up until now.
It'd be helpful to know about your antibody levels. If you have Hashi's (most likely scenario) this situation is going to decline until you receive adequate replacement.
OK, so that was too long a gap. It should only be 24 hours. So, you have a false low FT4 that. Not that that matters much at this point - you're under-medicated, anyway - but something to remember for the future.
