Can I ask you to please re-read my reply when you posted these results here:

Did you check for signs of B12 deficiency?

Did you do an Active B12 test?

With your Total B12 level so low then you need further investigation. You may need B12 injections so please don't start any B12 supplement as this will mask signs of B12 deficiency and also skew results.

As for your Ferritin level, did you get an iron panel and full blood done? These need doing before taking an iron supplement. If you have a decent serum iron level then taking iron tablets could take it too high and too much iron is as bad as too little.

That's a very big surprise to be producing that much Active B12 when your Total B12 is so low. Did you check for signs of B12 deficiency?

Yes,I have a lot of the symptoms.I feel so tired all of the time,my body feels so weak,I'm not sleeping properly, feel dizzy,etc...My doctor wont help me,he keeps saying everything is in range,so he suggested I talk to my endocrinologist. Not much help there either,.I'm so frustrated I just dont know what else I can do.

When I had the last full blood count something came up as I had an infection or inflammation, when I phoned and asked what that meant I was told it was,nt anything to worry about!!!

It seems contradictory to have symptoms of B12 deficiency yet have a decent level of Active B12. As you have symptoms then you really should have further testing.

It might be an idea to list your symptoms in a post on the PA forum here on HealthUnlocked and see.what they suggest:
