PROGESTERONE CREAM AND DRY EYES

Every time I start using Progesterone cream..within two weeks roughly I start to get undesirable symptoms

I had a blood test done at G.P...using the instructions worked out progesterone to estrogen ratio..my result was 13-1... and I understand it should be about 200-300 - 1

So it looks clear I am estrogen dominant.

Am on long term lowest dose patch...25 mcgs ..can’t manage without after full hysterectomy any years ago.

Have begun..yet again, Progesterone cream in an attempt to deal with estrogen dominance..then hoping it will in turn deal with Hashimoto’s...which is a constant struggle to deal with.

Trouble is..two weeks on and back co e the symptoms familiar to low estrogen...ie

Dry eyes..increase in urinary frequency.

And worst of all...sleep disturbance..early waking and staying alert.

I’ve read and researched all over but can find. Thing that makes ANY sense of this.

Can anyone else identify with this...and...does anyone with a good brain have any idea what could be going on, and what can I do about it.

Many thanks.
