Can anyone recommend good progesterone cream? Currently I am using the one by Now Foods but I am not sure that is it working at all. Thank you.

I concur. Natpro seems very effective and absorbs very well. Zero unwanted ingredients. I have ordered directly from their site (US). If you google you'll find it. The only thing I would add is that they can go out of stock so it's a good idea to always have a tube or two for back up.

I don't use it myself but I've seen this one recommended by other members:

Wellsprings was recommended to me by an Integrative Dr as being natural and fully bio available. I've used it for years. It's excellent.

So you are using a cream now, sorry I mixed things up since you mentioned that you were on capsules? :)

in reply to

Yes, I use cream now. I don't know why, but I never liked the capsules my doctor prescribed (Utrogestan, 200 mg day 15-25 of cycle) although it's bio-identical progesterone...
