Best progesterone cream?
Hidden I use Elan Organics elan-organics.com recommended by my practioner. I've not used any other so can't compare.
Natpro is best I've used and I've tried a few,I buy from aggressivehealthshop.com but may be available on other sites x
I concur. Natpro seems very effective and absorbs very well. Zero unwanted ingredients. I have ordered directly from their site (US). If you google you'll find it. The only thing I would add is that they can go out of stock so it's a good idea to always have a tube or two for back up.
I don't use it myself but I've seen this one recommended by other members:

Wellsprings was recommended to me by an Integrative Dr as being natural and fully bio available. I've used it for years. It's excellent.
Thank you. Where do you buy it and how much it costs?
All info and prices are on this website.
Thank you, I just ordered, can't wait to try it x
Thank you all. It seems that there are so many creams that are better than the one that I use.
I recently switched to this supplement (the one called Womens Professional formula), after the progesterone capsules my doctor prescribed (Utrogestan, 200 mg) turned out not to work too well:

So far, I am very happy with it. My periods actually seemed to have stabilized (they went from four to three weeks, but now seem back to four weeks).
So you are using a cream now, sorry I mixed things up since you mentioned that you were on capsules?
Yes, I use cream now. I don't know why, but I never liked the capsules my doctor prescribed (Utrogestan, 200 mg day 15-25 of cycle) although it's bio-identical progesterone...
