Here are my latest bloods. If you look at my previous posts I have bizarre readings but after working very hard on chronic illness issues etc these are my first lot of bloods that look more “normal”
Tsh previously been high with overrange t3.
I have switched from levo and t3 to ndt. (2 grains and my energy is improving)
My b12 is still a little low as is folate but ferritin and vitamin d are strong. I don’t have these to hand right now but could someone tell me if these results look ok or does my Tsh look too low in relation to the t3? Thanks
Tsh 0.06 (0.4-5.0)
T4 12 (9-19)
T3 4.4 (2.9-4.9)

They look fine but it's how you feel that counts. Not everyone does well with FT4 that low when on combination meds, some of us need FT4 higher, some do very well with it lower in range.
or does my Tsh look too low in relation to the t3?
You are taking NDT, this is exactly what it does - it lowers, even suppresses TSh, that's the effect of taking T3 which NDT contains. It's perfectly normal when on a combination hormone replacement.
Yes things seem to be doing what they should now. Previously I was on t3 and levo combination and my Tsh was 4.1 with t3 3 points over the top of the range! That why I posted. It’s nice to see things responding more normally.
Thank you I will await my naturopaths reply next week. I still have EBV along with mould toxicity and other issues so fatigue is also down to them!
I have similar readings I was just wondering which NDT have you found most effective ?
And does anyone know how do I increase my T4 level as it is around 11-12 in the range but I want to try and increase it.?
When you go to the naturopaths how do they test for EBV along with mould toxicity and other issues? Are they based in the UK or USA?
Just read your profile can't believe how similar our paths have been I am 33 female and have been ill since 2007! And also CFS and fibro diagnosis and struggle exactly how you have described so can completely relate to you.
My results are very similar to yours when I take 2 pills or NDT but I found after a few weeks I felt slightly hyper so reduced to 1.5 as ended up having uHeart arrhythmias and ended up in a n e it was that bad but the a n e doctor said it was because I was taking to much NDT and it was my thyroid not an issue with my heart that was causing it and I think my TSH was about 0.03 then so just monitor your symptoms each week to see if they reduce or increase.
I would love to know what NDT you have found most effective and the naturopath you have visited as I wanted to go to a naturopath but there is so many to choose and they all vary in price please can you PM me. I did go to a kinesiologist last year but then became very ill but they don't test for all the things like ebv and mold etc which I would like to find out.
