My antibodies haven’t come down despite following a strict gluten, dairy and soy free diet, and taking 100mcg levothyroxine. Also take vitD3 with K2, magnesium citrate, B12, B complex, selenium, DIM, probiotics, vitC with zinc, Coenzyme-Q10, collagen when I remember.
TPO range <34, Apr-19 335, Jan-20 306
TGA range <115, Apr-19 1,333, Jan-20 1,417
Has anyone tried anything else that has worked?
Do high antibodies in themselves make you feel bad? I feel terrible at the moment.

Eating soy, taking levo and supplements, are not likely to have any effect on your antibodies. And, even if they did come down, you would still have Hashi's. Antibodies are not an indication of the severity of Hashi's. Antibodies fluctuate all the time, so their actual level is meaningless.
If you feel terrible, what your your thyroid hormone levels? Too much or too little will make you feel ill. So, if you're not optimally medicated, you would feel ill whatever the level of your antibodies, I'm afraid.
Well, your FT3 could be higher. It's only just over mid-range. But, your conversion isn't that brilliant, is it.
Your nutrient levels are good. But there could be a million reasons why you don't convert well. It's not just low nutrients. For some people, just the fact that they have Hashi's affects their conversion. And, there's not much anyone can do about that. So, you have the choice: increase levo or add in some T3 to a reduced dose of levo.
Thanks greygoose , have been lucky to get an endo appt next week and will ask then. My gut feel is that I don’t want more levo - almost wish had never touched it - this is the worst I have felt since finding out about Hashi’s and changing diet. Previous increases have given me a bit of energy temporarily, then has worn off, but this feels like a complete reversal. Thanks again.
No, iodine is not the key. Why would you think it was? And definitely not worth a try because it can make things a hell of a lot worse. You should only try iodine if you've tested it and it came back deficient. And, then only under the supervision of an experienced practitioner. And they are difficult to find. If you're taking thyroid hormone replacement, you're getting extra iodine, anyway.
It does not work for everyone because it didn't for me and to be honest I found it a boring bland diet. This is just my opinion and does for some lucky people and they don't miss bread or dairy at all.
I definitely felt better for it before even taking any drugs - I had had constant sinusitis and tonsillitis and felt really run down. I had already avoided gluten as I suspected not good for me, but not strictly excluded. But within a week of strictly excluding gluten and dairy the sinusitis and tonsillitis had gone. I’m not fussed about gluten but massively miss dairy - I doubted it mattered one time and ate some cheese and my nose streamed, head hurt and I needed a long nap. 😞
