I recently posted as I was feeling a bit weird and wondered if overmedicated on levothyroxine. Since then I have started to feel extremely tired, have worked from home a lot if not turning up very late, headaches, eyes feel strained, digestion rubbish and feeling overly full, feeling achy. Did some Medichecks, which, from my reading, suggest I should be feeling better... Other than not having sinusitis / tonsillitis (which I had a lot before thyroid diagnosis) I feel worse than before I changed my diet, which was a couple of months before starting levothyroxine. Any ideas? Confused.com

Can't help much but you are not overmedicated, in spite of low TSH and slightly above range FreeT4 (which is nothing to worry about as long as it doesn't go much higher). Your free T3 is comparatively low though. Maybe you have poor conversion of T4 to T3.
"I feel worse than before I changed my diet"
In what way did you change your diet? Perhaps that is part of the problem? Dieting (for example to lose weight) when you are hypothyroid can make things worse
Thanks Hidden . I take selenium as I read it can help with conversion, though wonder if there is anything else I can do to help with that? What other options are there?
I changed diet to gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Before this I couldn’t eat enough if I tried as always felt full. Rarely had breakfast except black coffee, full fat milk latte for lunch, fairly healthy dinner of meat / fish / chicken & veg or salad - nowhere near enough but a lot heavier than now!!! Now I have 3 meals along the lines of bacon and eggs / protein shake, tuna salad, meat and veg for dinner. I am pretty low carb though eat carby veg occasionally and occasionally eat rice. I am definitely not trying to eat less and have noticed that I naturally lose weight when I make sure I eat breakfast, so making sure I do that. Except last few days when I’ve got up too late for breakfast. 🤫
SeasideSusie seems to be the best one for advice on blood tests, so maybe she can give more advice. The only other thing I noticed is that your antibodies are pretty high.
Not sure what effect it would have as they fluctuate a lot. If I understand right the antibody producing cells alert other lymphocytes (white cells) to destroy thyroid tissue.
Which reminds me, did you have a test for inflammation (CRP or C- reactive protein)? Not 100% sure about this, but if there are a lot of antibodies they would likely draw lymphocytes to the thyroid and the inflammation wold likely make you feel unwell.
Thanks again Hidden . My CRP HS is 0.93 in range of 0-5. Not sure I had exactly this test initially but something that was high inflammation-wise, so was happy about this recent result at least. I did wonder about the antibodies. I’ve read some people say they are neither here nor there. Then Izabella Wentz for example says good to reduce. No idea what else I could possibly do to reduce them.
