Could someone recommend a brand of K2 please?

Hello and Happy New Year to you all. I'm currently taking BetterYou Vitamin D+K2 Oral Spray. I don't feel that it's getting absorbed by my mouth as just like saliva it gets swallowed after a few seconds. I'm thinking of getting a separate Vitamin D and Vitamin K2. Anyone got any good recommendations of which to take? Especially the K2 as I've seen brands of Vit D recommended on here I can look back on. Also what amount to take of K2 please.

This one by Healthy Origins works well for me. Shop around for the best price online though as I haven’t bought one for a while.

I also have used Healthy Origins K2-MK7 but I wouldn't buy it from Lucky Vitamin, they are in the US and you'll have to pay quite a bit for shipping then possibly VAT and Royal Mail's collection fee of £8.50 which makes it very expensive. Have a look on AmazonUK and EbayUK, cheaper and quicker than buying from the US.

Also, you could look at Vitabay Organic liquid MK7, you should find that also on Amazon and Ebay.

90-100mcg K2-MK7 is said to be enough for up to 10,000iu D3.

I've always done very well with Doctor's Best D3 softgels and often find that Dolphin Fitness is the cheapest place to buy.

I was taking a rather high dose of the BetterYou D3 spray and my D3 level actually dropped. I was able to raise it by taking this nanoemulsified D3/K2 by Quicksilver Scientific. Quite pricey, though.

Of course, everyone should do their own research and make up their own mind.

I based my reply on what I read here:

riordanclinic.org/2013/10/v...

For every 5,000–10,000 units of D3 being recommended and tested for, we are recommending 100 mcg of K2 mk7 to be sure and prevent the inappropriate calcification that higher doses of D3 alone could cause.
