So that we know how to comment on your results, can you please give us some more information, eg are you diagnosed hypothyroid; are you on Levo, if so how much; are you taking supplements, if so what?

Your TSH is too high it should be around 1 or lower. Also your T4 and T3 should be in the upper third of the range. You need an increase in Levothyroxine of 25mcg and you also need to ask them to investigate why you CRP is high which indicates you have inflammation in your body. Sometimes the CRP rises if we are ill with an infection mine is over 9 and has been steadily rising for years because I have a multinodular goitre and Graves' disease. Also your Anti-thyroglobulin antobodies are raised which indicates an auto-immune disease. Mine are 4000 and have been for years because my own antibodies are attacking my thyroid. Some other members with more knowledge than me will be along to advise you when they wake up.
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
B12 - is this serum test via NHS or Active B12 via Medichecks?
Folate is too low
Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.
Recommended to always supplement a vitamin B complex when on B12 injections
B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
Vitamin D is too low. GP will only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .
Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.
I drew my bloods at 6.30 am only had sip of water last thyroxine was 24 hours previous. my B12 is done on NHS will up Vit D I am gluten free GP says CPR is elevated because of my fibromaralga have had a look at the information you gave me to look at thanks for replying will follow guidelines and see how I get on may try adding 25mcg to see if that helps
B12 at 367 is pretty low and folate on the low side. Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in
